What a brief includes

Region: data center and large-load markets in the United States. A Single brief covers 2–3 markets of your choice, or 1 market plus up to 3 sites.
Length and format: a 4–6 page written report delivered in all four formats (PDF, PPTX, XLSX, CSV) on every plan (the CSV is the cited facts table: fact ID, claim, value, source link, as-of date and confidence), delivered by email after payment.
Turnaround: Single briefs are typically delivered the same business day (orders paid by 2 PM ET). Monthly and Weekly plans deliver on their cadence; Daily plans get a short update each business day plus the full brief weekly (Mondays).
