Refund & Dispute Policy

Single briefs are typically delivered the same business day (orders paid by 2 PM ET), with all four formats (PDF, PPTX, XLSX, CSV) on every plan.

Single briefs ($495)

If a Single brief is not delivered within 2 business days of payment (business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays, Eastern Time; orders paid after 2 PM ET count from the next business day), you get a full refund. A Single brief gives you 31 days of access, starting when the brief email is sent. Single briefs are not refundable once delivered, unless the brief was never delivered or is materially defective and you report it to hello@eastbayservices.com within 14 days of delivery.

Site screening ($550 per site, or 3 sites for $1,350)

Site screening is a one-time purchase. No refund once the screening report is delivered.

Subscriptions (Monthly, Weekly, Daily, monthly or annual)

Annual prices: Monthly $7,950/year, Weekly $11,950/year, Daily $23,500/year. There are no partial refunds for the current billing period (the current month, or the current year on annual plans). You can cancel anytime; see Cancellation.

How to request a refund

Email hello@eastbayservices.com with your receipt or the email you paid with, and describe the problem. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Billing questions and disputes

If a charge looks wrong, please email us first so we can fix it quickly. For any other dispute, the informal notice, Florida governing law and venue terms in section 12 of our Terms apply.
